Refund policy
From the receipt of the order, there is a maximum of 30 calendar days to make changes or returns.
Changes and returns can be requested directly from the website or can be notified to info.actstyle@gmail.com, indicating the following details:
- Name and surname
- Date of purchase
- Item/s purchased/s
- Reason for the refund
When we have accepted the return from the page or replied to the mail, the customer will send the package with the correctly sealed item/s/ items to our address, through the shipping company she wants. The costs will be borne by the customer and it is important that the package arrives at our address (specified below), since we do not pick up the packages to the shipping offices.
The shipping costs already paid at the time of placing the order will not be refunded in any case, as only the cost of the item will be returned.
Items must be in the same condition as they were received and include labels and original packaging. May not be worn, stained or damaged or have body odor or perfume. In case of receiving any of these characteristics, the exchange or return will not be possible. If the customer perceives a tara in the product, it is essential to notify within 48 hours.
When it is a change, the costs of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.

- Afternoon: 16:00 - 18:00 h
When we have received the package, we will proceed to the refund, which will be made by the same way that the payment was made.
